Found this while trying to troubleshoot a dead fan.

Luckily the nest was dead.  These ceiling fans will ultimately be replaced with something better.

X marks the spot where I drilled to put the first lock.  Feel free to read my post and watch my video about it.

I tried installing a lock on the back door, but drilled in the wrong spot.  My welder friend had to fix this hole so I could do it again later.

This is where the pneumatic tube that activated the stop sign was connected.  I was able to just unscrew it at the source, and capped it with some hardware that I got at the store.  The black thing above the hole with the wire coming into it is the solenoid that was activated by the switch for the flashers.  It doesn’t run anywhere now, but it is labeled if I ever need to re-connect it.  I don’t know why I’d need compressed air except maybe for inflating tires.  I’d rather not jerry-rig something for that, though.

This is the other end of the stop sign.  That piece of hardware attached directly to the back of the sign.  It was actually pretty easy to remove.  I capped it here, too, and just pushed it into the hole it was coming out of.  The electrical wires were properly terminated and pushed into their holes as well.

Here you can see the pneumatic tube coming out of a hole in the side of the bus.  The sign assembly was screwed on over this hole and that gunk around it was adhesive that was used to seal it.   It was pretty easy to remove.
